Caroline is the Senior Business Development Manager and project implementation strategist for Energy Transition at Bechtel. After starting her career as a process engineer, she followed her passion for technical engineering and continued her professional development in all aspects of project delivery, including construction and commissioning. This led to many project and construction management roles, with a focus on large complex projects, including some of the most prestigious infrastructure projects in the UK and the Middle East.
Caroline has extensive experience in delivering EPC and alternative execution models, from project start-up through to operations, handover and project completion. She has been recognised for advocating industry change by helping women into the engineering and construction sector in the Middle East, contributing to greater employee diversity in the region.
