We support a community of UK engineering professionals who are delivering engineering transformation
BCECA shapes skills development, enables knowledge sharing and promotes best practices in engineering project execution. We also showcase the diversity of opportunities in engineering contracting to inspire the next generation of talent. This is possible thanks to the active engagement of a range of talented and experienced professionals who are released from their demanding day jobs to share ideas and insight, raise awareness and improve our member companies' collective effectiveness.
Highlights over the last 12 months include a successful fifth annual conference and a well-received report back and reception in the House of Lords in January 2026. 750 undergraduates participated in our regular industry days, which featured interactive workshop sessions that offered insights into the work of our member companies.
