Paul brings nearly 30 years of experience delivering workforce and supply strategies across the energy and infrastructure sectors. He combines hands-on delivery expertise with a strong foundation in HR, business, and organisational psychology, enabling successful delivery of complex talent challenges, from cross-border skill shortages to workforce planning for major capital projects.
He has held senior leadership roles across the industry and is recognised for driving innovation in workforce solutions, including AI-led predictive resource modelling and skills mobility strategies.
Paul’s achievements include a Contribution to Diversity Award, Best Resource Innovation Partner, and Exports Champion. He is Vice-Chair of the Energy Industries Council’s Southern Committee and advisor to both the City of London’s Sustainable Skyline initiative and the BIOR trade association.
