Duncan Massey was elected to the Scottish Parliament in May 2026. He represents Reform UK. He graduated with a degree in chemical engineering from Heriot-Watt University before embarking on a career spanning more than 20 years in a variety of engineering, finance, and analytical roles in the energy sector
He completed a Master's Degree in Energy Transition Systems at the University of Aberdeen in 2022 and spent time working as an emissions consultant before returning to oil & gas. Robert also holds an MBA and is a qualified accountant. He's a systems thinker with a strong commercial and business focus who aims to bring a solutions-driven perspective grounded in sound strategic analysis to the Scottish Parliament.
