Katy works across the full North Sea ecosystem to support domestic capability and secure future skills. She has over 25 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas sector, including roles in production, drilling, and change leadership. Katy is also Managing Director of LOGIC, a wholly owned subsidiary of OEUK, responsible for the effective stewardship and governance of cross-industry standard frameworks and business systems established to enhance industry-wide efficiency on a not-for-profit basis.
